Each piece is sorted by fabric, treatment and finish. Dedicated lines for whites, colours, delicates and specialty.

Behind the scenes

What happens between pickup and delivery

Our facility is built for consistency at scale. Every garment passes through the same six checkpoints — regardless of which Laundrify store picked it up.

  • Receive & tag. Each piece is photographed, weighed and tagged with a unique RFID.
  • Pre-treat. Stains are spot-treated by hand before the wash cycle.
  • Wash by program. Whites, colours, delicates and specialty each have a dedicated machine and program.
  • Press & finish. Trained pressers handle each garment based on fabric and structure.
  • Quality check. A separate QC team inspects every order before it leaves the facility.
  • Pack & deliver. Hung in protective sleeves or folded in branded boxes — your choice.

Common questions

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. We also offer a 45-minute express turnaround at select stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for an additional surcharge.
No — pickup and delivery are free anywhere we currently operate. We schedule in 2-hour windows, including evenings.
Every order is photographed on intake. If a garment is damaged in our care, we either repair or compensate up to 10× the cleaning fee, capped at the item's market value.
Yes. After pickup you'll receive a digital receipt with itemised photos, and live updates as your order moves through wash, press, QC and dispatch.
Yes — every price displayed is inclusive of 5% VAT. No hidden charges, no surprise surcharges.
